About Vinamilk :
Vinamilk is a Vietnamese dairy company that was established in 1976. The company has grown today to become the largest dairy company of Vietnam. The company’s headquarters are located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company products include liquid and powdered milk and also other dairy products like condensed milk, ice-cream, yoghurt, infant cereal, soya drinks, fruit juice, tea, cheese and health drinks. The company has around 13 factories and 7 Global G.A.P certified farms. The Vietnamese dairy king is involved in all stages of production from manufacturing, marketing and distribution. Additionally, the company has also started to offer services in the logistics and packaging sectors, healthcare and technical support to farmers. Vinamilk has also got a foothold in the real estate industry. The company is also looking into entering the international market and has consequently invested in properties in the USA, Poland and New Zealand.The mission statement of Vinamilk reads, “To deliver the valuable nutrition to community with our respect, love and responsibility.” The vision statement of Vinamilk reads, “To become a world grade brand in food and beverage industry, where people put all their trust in nutrient and health products.”

Strength
1. Strong financial growth over years making it the most valuable brand in Vietnam: Vinamilk is one of the largest dairy companies in Vietnam which was founded in 1976. Vinamilk has been reporting profit every year since 2014. Vinamilk operates in close to 50 countries with its products and services. In 2019, Vinamilk released its annual financial statement which had broken all previous record of sales by touching VND 56,400 billion in revenue that fiscal. The dairy giant witnessed a growth of 7.16% since last year. Vinamilk has been working efficiently and in line with the targets set by the leadership. Vinamilk has gained popularity for its digital infrastructure and innovation in the dairy industry. Vinamilk’s sales strategy is such that it directly and indirectly sells its products to end users through distributors, retailers, shopping districts or through online delivery systems.
2. Diversified product portfolio and increasing through launch of new product: Vinamilk has a broad and diversified list of dairy products for its customers. In the liquid milk segment, Vinamilk produces 100% fresh milk, fortified milk and UHT milk. New products launched are soy milk, nut milk and roasted rice milk. Similarly, Vinamilk produces premium and special powdered milk for both children and adults. Vinamilk has also ventured into producing baby cereal food products having organic contents to boost growth and provide excellent nutritional value to babies. Vinamilk also produces yoghurts which are ranging from premium, specialty, mainstream and children.
