The John Lewis Partnership plc (JLP) is a British company renowned for its operation of John Lewis & Partners department stores, Waitrose & Partners supermarkets, banking and financial services, and other retail-related endeavors. As of 2024, the public limited company, owned by a trust representing its employees—referred to as partners—counts approximately 80,000 partners.
