Capgemini SE or Capgemini, is a French MNC IT consulting firm headquartered in Paris, France. It operates in consulting services, Engineering and Technology Services and Outsourcing. It was founded by Serge Kampf in 1967. The company has an employee base of around 325,000 in more than 50 countries to provide customized service to its clients in every market. The company operates in North America and South America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Capgemini has acquired several companies till date which includes LiquidHub, Kanbay, Altran, RXP Services, iGate, etc. So far, Capgemini has earned “2019 Global Company of the year” award, Pega Partner’s Excellence awards, among others. Capgemini and Peugeot Sport have agreed to work together until 2022 to provide advanced digital tools to the PEUGEOT 9X8 FIA WEC programme team. This summer, Peugeot Sport is set to return to top-level endurance racing. Capgemini's data and AI application expertise will be used to improve the performance of its revolutionary hybrid Hypercar in the simulator and on the racetrack.

1. Strong Business Strategy and financial performance: Capgemini has shown continuous revenue growth. The revenue for FY21, stands €18 billion, with a growth of 14% on YoY basis. The Operating margin of the company amounted to €2,340 million, i.e., 12.9% of revenues, up 24.5% year-on-year. Capgemini generated organic free cash flow of €1,873 million, up 67.3% compared to FY20. The company has a strong, innovative background and managed to shift focus on the new digital and cloud market with 65% of the company’s activities coming from this segment.
2. Collaboration and Acquisition of Innovative startup: The Company focuses on new acquisitions and collaborations to boost the revenue and acquire new technology. Capgemini acquired igate, which helped Capgemini to boost its revenues in North America. The strategic acquisition of Oinio, Fahrenheit 212 and iGate is to expand in different markets. Recently, in 2021, it completed its acquisition of RXP services and Altran. Its acquisition with Altran, which is the company's biggest acquisition, has proved to be a successful one.
